Hope Family Practice (Garner), North Raleigh Family Medicine (Raleigh), The Family Doctor (Chapel Hill), Cary Healthcare Associates (Cary), and Southwest Durham Family Medicine (Durham) join primary care providers from 11 states in adopting the PCD solution as part of their practices.
