Mr. Shoffner, a graduate of North Carolina State University, has over 18 years’ experience in sales and entrepreneurial leadership, with experience in employee benefits, health plan design and disease management.

Under his leadership, Physician Care Direct’s Practice Development team is recruiting talented physicians to offer direct pay healthcare while educating employers on the value of direct pay to reduce healthcare costs and improve the quality of primary care.
